Our client, a leading provider of video game content and experiences across multiple platforms, is looking to hire an IT Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities. Partner with hiring client teams to gather staffing requirements and understand business context. Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiation. Qualify engineering candidates for a range of technical disciplines including Gameplay, UI, Graphics, Services, Data, Platform Engineering, Mobile Engineering, and Technical Product Management. Stakeholder management of assigned client teams. Reporting on recruiting progress Requirements and Skills. 4+ years of experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team. 2+ years of experience recruiting technology and engineering roles. Experience sourcing passive candidates from top companies. Experience working with Greenhouse or comparable Applicant Tracking Software. Facility with research tools including Linkedin, Boolean and Deep Web. Demonstrated ability to report on KPIs, goals, and other staffing metrics to critical business stakeholders. Experienced in building meaningful client relationships across departments. Highly articulate and able to communicate with everyone from your coordinator to our executive teamPreferred. Knowledge of the gaming industry and related talent markets. Knowledge of complex visa scenarios. G Suite with an emphasis on Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Sheets.
