We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support a high-end interior design business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing details, coordinating teams, and ensuring seamless project execution. You will work closely with the designer to bring creative visions to life while handling the logistics, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Execution:
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Oversee contractor and vendor communication, ensuring smooth execution
Track materials, orders, and shipments to keep projects on schedule
Troubleshoot and proactively address project challenges
Client & Team Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors
Keep clients updated with progress reports and timelines
Coordinate with suppliers, trades, and consultants to ensure alignment
Administrative & Operations Support:
Organize project documents, contracts, and invoices
Maintain checklists, schedules, and tracking systems
Assist in onboarding additional team members or freelancers as needed
Marketing & Content Support:
Assist in coordinating social media content related to project reveals
Help organize photoshoots, styling sessions, or PR opportunities

Essential Skills & Requirements:
3-4 years experience managing interior design projects, construction, or a related field.
Strong understanding of interior design processes, timelines, and construction coordination.
Experience with procurement, order tracking, vendor relations, and installation oversight.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring smooth execution from design to completion.
Excellent communication skills to act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and contractors.
Ability to translate the designer’s vision into actionable steps for the team.
Skilled at managing expectations and providing status updates to clients.
Familiarity with project management software (Asana, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and interior design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Ivy, etc. ).
Experience working with spreadsheets, budgets, invoices, and contracts.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—can anticipate challenges and find solutions.
Works well with a creative team and understands the flow of a high-end design project.
Comfortable in a support role, allowing the lead designer to focus on creative vision.
Can adapt to the ebb and flow of project timelines without requiring constant oversight.
Able to visit job sites and vendor showrooms/workshops as required. Own vehicle and valid License and Insurance.
