Engineer needed for a construction company.
Location: Encino, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM
Duties:
1. Go to the city and pull permits.
2. Submit plans to the city.
3. Create plans for ADU's.
4. Follow up with city for approvals.
5. Design/measurements/sketch/layout for plans.
6. Drive to customers house for measurements.
Requirements:
1. Pulling permits.
2. Experience with ADU plans.
3. Certified Architect/Engineer.
4. Has a car/driver's license.
Compensation: $80K-$100K per year.
