The ideal candidate is a career minded, organized self stater specializing in Cabinet vision software as their drafting tool. Our choice candidate must have a strong background and knowledge of cabinet construction, the latest hardware available and common fabrication practices.

As a Job Captain the responsibilities include measuring the field dimensions, sitting down for redline reviews with designers and or owners on occasion, ordering long lead time material, engineering cabinets using cabinet vision for fabrication. The Job Captains may review final shop drawings with shop foreman to clarify any unorthodox cabinet designs. Our Job Captains use excel software to build spreadsheets for drawing logs, delivery schedules and other miscellaneous spreadsheets.
Silver Strand's benefit package consist of 6 sick pay days, one week paid vacation up until the fifth year and then switches to two weeks paid vacation per year. We observe nine paid Holidays per year. Silver Strand offers 50% payment of our medical insurance that can include optometry and dental in addition to a 401K plan with company matching contributions.
