Qualifications:
Must have at least two years of ABA experience
A genuine desire to help children with autism and their families reach their goals
A steady supply of compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, kindness, goodwill, and reliability
Working with school-young children with autism and special needs in their homes and community
Education requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent
Transportation requirements: Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
As a Behavior Technician, you'll play an exciting role in helping children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-help skills applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy – a form of play-based intervention!
Communication skill: He is just beginning to develop his ability to communicate with the world. He needs to improve his expression skills by learning how to connect with others and articulate his thoughts.

However, we firmly believe that a consistent schedule forms the cornerstone of effective learning. We want to make these tutoring sessions a vital part of our students' daily routine
Compensation:
The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of $35-$40, reflecting the importance and responsibility of this role.
