Position: Part-time Math Tutor
Location: Koreatown, Los Angeles
We are hiring an in-person math tutor capable of teaching middle and high school-level math.
Rate: $50 per hour
Requirements:
Proficient in advanced Algebra 1/Geometry/Algebra2/Precalculus/ AP Calculus AB concepts
Demonstrated math teaching skills
Passion for teaching and helping students succeed
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university (Math major preferred)
Previous tutoring experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized instruction to students in advanced Algebra 1 topics
Create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment
