Key Responsibilities
1. Client Consultation and Conversion
Provide professional consultation services to students and parents interested in applying to U.S. universities, identifying client needs, answering inquiries, and explaining our education services and unique advantages.Utilize advanced communication skills to convert consultations into successful client agreements, achieving sales and conversion targets.
2. Market Feedback and Reporting
Collect client insights and market feedback, offering recommendations for service optimization.
3. Team Collaboration
Work closely with the writing and application strategy teams to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in college admissions consulting or a related advisory role, with a preference for experience in top-tier university application projects.Strong background in sales or client service, with familiarity in the education industry preferred.
Skill Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.Strong sales acumen and a proven ability to guide clients through the agreement process.Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
