Pay: $30 Hourly
Join the Jr. ARTrepreneurs Program! We are looking for innovative and purpose driven arts & crafts instructors to join a team of creators with a purpose. At Heroes of Color, we are committed to educating, promoting and preserving culture through the arts. In order to be considered for this position, you must have an online portfolio and live in or within 20 miles from Santa Clarita.

Job Responsibilities
· Provide classroom instruction to students through different arts and crafts projects
· Lead 90-minute art classes with curriculum provided by the program director.
· Art preparation including mixing paint, sorting and distributing art supplies,
· Take photos, and record short videos during class
· Desire to inspire, motivate and empower students to embrace entrepreneurship
Skills/Requirements
· Experience freelancing, exhibiting and selling work in person or online
· Provide a digital portfolio samples for consideration
· Jack of all arts & crafts trades
· Experience working with students in a classroom or after-school programs settings
· Pass background check via fingerprinting before hiring
· Drivers License with a reliable vehicle
