Growing Law Firm is seeking a Spanish-speaking Case Manager, customer service experience is required. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner and able to handle a large volume of calls in a timely manner. Must be extremely detail oriented and have very good problem- solving skills. Candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be proficient in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Job Responsibilities:
This position will entail answering phones, drafting correspondence, and interacting with clients and attorneys on a daily basis.
Streamlining customer service procedures, as well as enforcement of current procedures
Oversee Client call logs
Supervise and assist with the phones
Ensure customer/client information is up to date
Help with the resolution of customer/client disputes
Effectively manage day to day tasks in a fast pace environment
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position
Quick learner that enjoys constant growth and professional learning
Works well as part of a team and independently
Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
Self-motivated that is proactive and has initiative
Strong follow-up skills
Strong work ethics and very dependable
Works well under pressure and has the ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish)
Must be proficient in QuickBooks, MS Word, and Excel
