Looking for a motivated individual to join a high end guitar shop as a customer service representative. Job duties consist of shipping and receiving high end guitars. Also, processing accessory orders and shipping them out. Assisting customers via e-mail and on the phone. Order entry and invoicing via SAGE accounting system. Must be comfortable with computers. 75% of job is on the computer- communicating with team members via Outlook, order processing via SAGE, shipping via UPS WorldShip. All training is provided and no experience required. Ideal job for someone looking for a part time job or student. Work hours are Monday thru Friday and time slot can either be 10 AM to 4 PM, or 11 AM to 5 PM. We can accommodate 12 PM to 5 PM.
