Responsibilities
● Have full understanding of the Seyhart brand and mission; able to successfully convert passersby and curious clients
● Provide high-level hospitality to clients: including in-person, over the phone, and through email
● Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and on brand at all times
● Demonstrate service and product knowledge
● Ensure timely and budget-friendly reordering of product and ownership of retail area
● Maintain accurate client records and assist specialists with client next steps and follow up
● Inventory facility supplies and place orders regularly
● Work with management to brainstorm events and activations
● Keep the treatment area clean, organized, and on brand
● Regular participation in off-site brand canvassing activities including flyering, education, brand-promotion and ear seeding - EXPERTISE IN SALES AND MARKETING AN ASSET
● Adherence to Seyhart client experience protocols
● Willing to assist co-workers with any questions and concerns they may have
● Willing to work extra hours or flexible schedule when called upon
● Willing to sub and/or trade shifts with others
● Perform other related duties as assigned by management
● Assist with cleanliness of wellness center
Qualifications
● 2-3 years high-end customer service experience is preferred
● Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
● Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
● Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
● Must have outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
● Must have willingness to warmly engage with customers and always find a yes for them
● Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule
