We have an immediate full-time opening for a Customer Service Representative in Compton. Position will require that you answer customer service calls and channel them through the proper people (sales, management, or other customer service associates) in the company until they are resolved. Process customer purchase orders, and invoicing. Applicant will also assist the Sales Staff in any kind of activity to increase, maintain and service sales. Candidate will coordinate with 3rd party logistic companies and warehouse personnel to manage all incoming and outgoing materials.
Professional experience in the Tile & Stone Industry and LTL Freight is required.
We need a detail-oriented, dedicated person with good analytical thinking and judgement.
The work hours are from 8am to 5pm. Monday through Friday.
Compensation will depend on experience.
