We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Representative with a focus on Customer Service and Administrative tasks for the area of Valencia, CA. The chosen candidate will be a pivotal part of our team, responsible for managing meeting notes, email follow-ups, calendar organization, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role combines executive support with customer interaction, making it a vital link between our internal operations and client satisfaction.

Pay Rate $22.00-$26.00/HR
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage notes during meetings and ensure follow-ups on action items
Monitor and organize email communications, ensuring timely responses and effective correspondence
Maintain an organized and up-to-date calendar for the executive, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events as needed
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide top-tier customer service
Create, edit, and manage customer accounts, signatures, invoices, and serial numbers
Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads, gather feedback, and maintain comprehensive records
Handle incoming service calls, address customer concerns, and schedule service appointments
Assist in creating and sending out email and SMS templates for various purposes, including sales follow-ups
Collaborate with reception to send welcome, quality control, and promotional materials
Provide administrative support by managing documentation, filing, and organizing company records
Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Able to book flights
Assist with the marketing department
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as a cooperative team member
Prior experience in customer service and sales preferred
