Job title: Office Assistant and Customer Service

We are looking for a reliable, people-oriented Front Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a high-paced office environment.

This unique opportunity involves managing busy phones, the front desk, face-to-face interaction with clients/tenants, phone interactions with tenants and others, and letter writing and office assistance in administrative tasks. You'll be part of a BUSY WLA property management office, where every day is a new and exciting challenge.

Full time 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday

Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Computer knowledge/skills required (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)

Knowledge or experience with Appfolio property management is a plus

Bilingual is a plus but not required

Previous office or phone receptionist experience

Good letter-writing skills

Good communication skills and the ability to communicate well with others.

Punctual and Able to show up to work daily

The job will entail:

Process Applications, writing leases, data entry

Ability to Answer busy phones, handle calls, and maintain professionalism during calls

Front office- communicate with customers, tenants, and clients

Appfolio Property Management Software, leasing, and guest cards

Zillow updates

Ability to multitask efficiently

Positive attitude and a strong aptitude for learning

Personable, Self Starting, Energetic

Ability to work with and collaborate with others, with an "I CAN DO" attitude

Ability to work with little or no supervision

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Ability to be punctual and attend work every day on time.
