We are looking for part-time Front Desk Party Booking Expert that will do the following:
- Set up calls and talk to customers.
- Booking Birthday Parties over the weekends and weekdays.
- Calling customers and finalising bookings
- Calling vendors to schedule drop of food and ordering supplies
- Event management of parties
- Calling Local school Schools to setup open play
- Act as a leader
- Interact with the party guests, regardless of age
- Prioritize safety
- Lend a hand where needed
