Remote Customer Service Representative – Union Member Support

What You’ll Do:

Contact union members to schedule Zoom appointments.

Serve as the first point of contact for union members nationwide, primarily via phone and Zoom.

Explain and enroll members in supplemental benefits packages they qualify for.

Complete electronic applications accurately.

Maintain a consistent full-time schedule.

Participate in training sessions and team check-ins.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior knowledge of union benefits is a plus but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to member advocacy.

Comfortable using Zoom and other digital tools.
