We are a full service electrical contractor seeking a self-driven talented Customer Service Rep who has aspirations for advancement to perform the following:
Communicate with residential customers for scheduling, problem solving, and sales
Coordinate jobs with sales team, technicians and customers
Daily scheduling of service calls via Service Titan platform
Communication with Electric Utitlity companies for permits and service upgrades
Process weekly payroll and reports
Entry of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Work with management to ensure proper compliance with accounting procedures including reviewing and analyzing job cost estimates and reports monthly.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Enthusiastic attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech savy (able to pick up on new software quickly)
Experience with Quickbooks
Knowledge of the following software used by SONPOWER:
-Quickbooks
-Canva
-Esub
-Service Titan
-Excel
Prior experience in residential service environment a plus!
