Our construction firm in Tarzana is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling and handling production in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule production activities and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and production scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Builder trend scheduling software.
- Detail-oriented and organized
