Armor Guys Protected is looking for customer service reps who are responsible and can support the sales team and customers daily, answer product questions, be the point of contact for the sales team in dealing with customer related order inquiries and suggest new or additional products. Armor Guys does value not only the quality of our products but the relationships we have with our strategic partners. Armor Guys expects our customer service team to communicate effectively and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Processing orders, responding to customer i.e. tracking shipments, addressing pricing issues
Fielding orders from current customers
Fulfilling and following up on sample requests
Growing sales with customers and prospecting for new business
Fielding customer complaints, documenting and reporting issues
Logging customer activity into the company CRM program
Building a sales pipeline of activities and opportunities
Doing cross-reference of competitive products to Armor Guys
Outbound calling on a consistent basis to get the Armor Guys brand into the market
Ability to learn and understand the full offering of hand protection that Armor Guys manufacture
Skills Required: Great attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well as a team, but be accountable for one’s own success
Communicate effectively and pleasantly
Able to grasp the product knowledge quickly and assist customers and address technical questions they may have
Great listener who can anticipate needs before they happen
Effective use of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Zoho CRM (email)
Ability to learn Quick books for all customer order information.
Job Type: Part-Time
Customer Service Experience 1 year +
Compensation & Benefits Hourly (Based on experience)
