## Job Overview

## Duties
- Manage and supervise customer service staff

- Oversee inbound/ outbound phone calls strategies and ensure accuracy
- Provide leadership and guidance to the customer service team
- Utilize CRM systems for transactions and reporting
- Recruit, train, and evaluate customer service employees
- Ensure efficient time management within the department
## Requirements
- Previous 5 years experience in construction/pest control/franchise environment is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in phone calls and management inbound/outbound
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and their applications
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management capabilities
