Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly Golf Enthusiast & Customer Champion to join our team (part time or full time). As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing the shop
- Greeting and checking in customers
- Engaging with customers and providing exceptional service
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Cleaning and maintaining the shop
- Balancing customer engagement with respecting their space
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Reliable and professional with a friendly demeanor
- Required: Golf experience with a background in competitive play (high school or higher)
- Prior experience in sales and customer service is highly desirable
Preferred Skills:
- High school or competitive-level golf experience
- Previous roles in sales and/or customer service
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $18-$21
