We are currently seeking a Concierge/Receptionist for one of our communities located in West Los Angeles. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have prior experience in providing top-notch guest services to ensure a pleasant experience for both residents and guests alike.
The role of the Concierge/Receptionist will include:
- Creating a positive first impression for everyone who enters the community.
- Answering and screening incoming phone calls courteously and professionally, taking messages and routing calls as necessary.
- Greeting all visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner and requiring them to sign in at the reception desk.
- Notify residents of visitors and provide instructions to their visitors as per their preferences.
- Receive and process incoming mail and packages and accept all outgoing mail and packages.
- Performing various clerical duties such as typing, copying, ordering, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Maintain and update each resident's Emergency Phone Number Log and emergency contact information.
- Assisting managers with various clerical responsibilities and paging staff if necessary.
- Taking RSVPs for special functions and handing out maintenance request forms to the maintenance department.
- Maintain a professional appearance and have knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
- Hospitality experience is preferred, and a background check may be required.
