Job Description:
Lil Bill’s Beach Side Market is seeking a friendly, reliable, and bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our team as a Bicycle Rental & Concession Stand Clerk. This position involves assisting customers with bike rentals, managing concession sales, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a team that promotes fun and recreation by the beach.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish
Handle bicycle rentals, including check-in and check-out procedures
Process payments accurately and maintain daily sales records
Prepare and serve concession stand items (snacks, drinks, etc.)
Keep the rental and concession areas clean, organized, and stocked
Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
Previous retail, food service, or rental experience preferred
Additional Information:
A background check will be required prior to employment.
Must be available to work Thursday through Sunday.
