We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain strong, positive relationships with both our clients and staff. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service every step of the way.
You’ll also work closely with our staff to coordinate services, handle requests, and resolve concerns efficiently and professionally. This position plays a key role in creating a seamless experience for our clients while ensuring smooth communication between the office and the field.
What a Customer Service Representative Does:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling questions, requests, and concerns
Maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve issues quickly
Monitor client accounts and look for opportunities to strengthen long-term relationships
Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Coordinate with staff to manage and fulfill client requests
Track and follow up on ongoing projects to ensure nothing is missed
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service, or account management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work weekends
Must have reliable transportation
Must be authorized to work in the United States
