We're seeking a bilingual receptionist fluent in Spanish and English who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has recommended experience in sales to join our growing team.
Job Description:
As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring excellent communication and a seamless experience. You will handle scheduling, insurance claims, and sales-related inquiries, contributing to the efficient operation of our repair process and promoting additional services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
Manage incoming calls, schedule vehicle inspections, and coordinate appointments.
Maintain accurate records and input data into the system.
Promote services and assist with sales-related inquiries, including upselling additional offerings.
Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Recommended experience in sales or upselling services.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling tools).
Prior experience in the auto body or collision repair industry is a plus but not required.
