Baldizon Tax Services is looking to hire an individual for a contracted seasonal administrative assistant position. The time frame would be as follows: January 27, 2025 – April 15, 2025.
Our business will be operating seven days a week during this period. We are looking to contract at our Los Angeles location.

We are a family-owned tax services business operating since 1961. We currently serve over 3500 clients and continue growing each year. We are a small staff operating 2 offices, consisting of no more than 10 combined members.
The position would require:
-Handling large volumes of phone calls.
-Process payments.
-Handle and organize large volumes of documents.
-Directly work with our staff to facilitate workflow.
-Provide customer service to our many clients.
