We are currently seeking a FULL TIME PROPERTY MANAGERS to manage our:

40 units at 5708 / 5716 Tujunga Ave. North Hollywood, CA 9160. We are near Lankershim and Burbank Blvd. Compensation a Studio Loft plus Salary.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years' experience in property management.

Position:

The property manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the properties. Must have at least 3 years' experience with verifiable references

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Management Duties:

Responsible for the day to day operation of the property

Residents and vendor relations

Responsible for clerical duties such as answering phones, filling, emailing, texting, checking and responding thru tenant online portal etc.

Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports

Supervise other vendors and maintenance

Prepare resident notices such as: 3 Day & Covenants, Lease Violations, Rent Increase Notices and Inspection Notices, etc.

Attend court for evictions

Attend office meetings as required

Conduct daily property inspections

Maintain work orders and coordinate completion with maintenance staff and vendors

Get vacant units ready for occupancy and ensure timely vacancy turnaround

Place advertisement for vacant units and ensure unit is presentable for tours

Enforce Rules and Regulations

Attend to after hours and weekend emergencies

Maintain building clean and presentable at all times

Financial Duties:

Rent collection

Posting rents into online system thru tenant portal

Review reports such as delinquency, vacancy

Prepare POs for services and supplies needed

Monitor property budget to ensure adherence

Compliance Duties:

Screen, Accept and process applications for eligibility

Manage waiting list under fair housing guidelines

Maintain permanent resident files organized and in good order

Complete compliance reports as requested by Regional Supervisor

Qualifications and Skills:

3 year minimum of property management experience

Strong customer service and communication skills, oral and written communications

Bilingual abilities a plus

Organization skills

Computer Skills, Word, Excel, Internet based property management software such as Appfolio

Current CA driver license and auto insurance

High School diploma or equivalent
