Position:
Seeking an entry level Purchasing Coordinator for bidding duties on multifamily new construction projects in Greater LA area.
Responsibilities:
Bidding, Bid List formation, Bid Invitations, Bid follow-up, Bid processing, Bid tracking, etc.
Subcontractor relationship management
Subcontractor pre-qualification due diligence
Contracts Administration
Change Order processing
Qualifications:
0 - 2 years purchasing experience (multi-family experience preferred)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Plan reading, take-offs, and estimating a plus
Relationship with subcontractors a plus
Skills:
Must be able to multi-task, excellent communicator, organized, and self-starter
MS Excel, Word, Outlook experience required
Procore experience, a plus
Bluebeam experience, a plus
