Responsibilities:
Support the CEO by acting as company’s Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficiency and productivity
Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Monitor inventory levels and logistics to meet customer demands and minimize costs
Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Provide leadership and guidance to frontline staff to maintain a high level of performance and morale
