Job Opportunity: On-Site Manager for 16-Unit Residential Property

A professional property management company is seeking a dedicated On-Site Manager to oversee a charming 16-unit residential property located in South Glendale. This role includes living in a discounted studio apartment within a vibrant neighborhood, conveniently close to local businesses and amenities.

Ideal Candidate:

Individuals who work from home are highly preferred.

Prior property management or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist in maintaining high occupancy rates and reducing delinquencies.

Maintain and update a list of all available rental units.

Ensure the property provides an exceptional living environment for residents.

Handle lease applications and assist with rent collection.

Serve appropriate notices regarding rent increases, delinquency, and lease infractions.

Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.

Greet prospective tenants and provide property tours as needed.

Communicate effectively with the Property Supervisor and Senior Management.

Perform routine physical inspections of the property and report service needs to maintenance staff.

Skills Required:

Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, email, and internet use.
