We are a top-rated auto body shop in Los Angeles, committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure repair quality, manage employees, and provide outstanding client service.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee Repair Quality Control to ensure all repairs meet industry standards.

- Manage and assess employee performance through Employee Management and Project Management.

- Organize Workflow to ensure timely project completion.

- Arrive promptly at 8:30 AM and oversee shop opening activities.

- Handle Client Intake processes, ensuring a smooth experience for all customers.

- Provide Client Updates on repair progress.

- Answer Phone Calls and provide assistance with client inquiries.

- Request and manage Online Reviews to maintain our top-rated reputation.

- Conduct Post-Service Follow-Up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

- Negotiate with Insurance Companies to secure approvals and maximize profitability.

- Use Estimating Knowledge to assist with repair assessments and supplements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5-years experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of estimates and insurance negotiations.

Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in basic computer software (experience with shop management tools is a plus).
