Workplace Risk & Compliance Stories– Remote Interviews CASTING CALL
SEEKING: People willing to share real-life experiences relating to corporate risk and compliance topics for a series of remote video interviews for inclusion in commercial e-learning courses.
We are looking for a wide range of voices, domestic or international, representing all genders and diverse backgrounds, across industries and job levels.
These stories must be genuine, first-hand experiences that bring risk and compliance concepts to life for learners. These are scenarios you actually lived through or witnessed that make compliance training realistic, relatable, and engaging (while omitting any confidential company details).
Examples of the stories we're looking for include:
- Moments when you saw (or stopped) everyday conduct that conflicted with company values
- Times you faced a gray-area choice and had to decide the “right” thing to do
- Experiences where respect, or the lack of it, shaped your work environment
- Stories of company assets (devices, funds, perks) being used appropriately, or not
- Situations where personal or family interests could have influenced business judgment
- Instances of giving/receiving business courtesies that raised questions about propriety
- Times someone safeguarded, or accidentally exposed, non-public company information
- Moments when someone handled company data carefully or saw a near-miss data mishap
- Experiences of speaking up (or supporting someone who did) and what followed
- Encounters with questionable payments, gifts, or favors aimed at gaining advantage
- Stories of ensuring (or challenging) accuracy and integrity in business records
DETAILS:
Please submit a 2-3 minute self-tape introducing yourself and very briefly explaining your story.
Shoot Window: August–September 2025 (flexible, remote/self-filmed)
Location: Remote (live interview self-filmed on smartphone or comparable equipment)
Pay: $400 USD for up to 2 hours (includes callback, prep, and filming time)
Usage: Digital/social media, worldwide.
IMPORTANT: This content will be used as part of a series of workplace risk and compliance e-learning courses. The material we record may be published on social media and will be sold for commercial use.
