As our company grows, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Manage payroll processing and tax compliance.
Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with financial planning and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and tax laws.
Collaborate with our team to improve financial processes and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a distribution or food-related business.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
