An accounting, payroll, and tax preparation firm located in Encino is looking for an individual to join our team as entry level staff accountant in a full time position.
- The ideal candidate should possess a 4 years college degree with emphasis in accounting who is willing to learn new skills in a busy accounting office environment.
- Computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email.
- Strong Writing and Verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and has the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail, organized, and the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Job duties would be general ledger accounting to include bank reconciliations, data analysis and entry, preparation of financial statement, payroll processing, and quarterly payroll filings.
Compensation negotiable based on background and experience.
