Responsibilities:
· Participate in underwriting loans for private money lending business. Hands on processing of loans from start to finish
· Quickbooks reporting for business operations to owner
· Use your tax knowledge to advise impacts of investment decisions
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in accounting and tax
· Real Estate investment experience
· Experience with Quickbooks and current computer reporting tools
· Detail and deadline-oriented
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Good people skills
