We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of our company's financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Generate financial statements and reports
- Assist with budget preparation and analysis
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
Details:
- Part-time position, 10 hours per week
- In-person work located in Pacific Palisades, CA
- Compensation: $50 per hour
