Looking for a tax CPA/EA with 2-4 years tax experience. We offer top salary and benefits, 4 weeks vacation, (two of your own choosing and two weeks paid office shut down), very little overtime and a really nice life/work balance. We are a small tax CPA firm that really try's to treat others like they would like to be treated. Great ocean view office in Brentwood right next to Santa Monica. We do not do certified financial audits or bookkeeping, just year round tax and planning. There are bonus opportunities for bringing your own clients into the firm and paid overtime for the small amount we have.
We order lunch in at company expense every day, ($25 limit per person), so you do not have to go out. All clients are virtual/phone appointments. We provide full/100% health insurance.
Maybe now that the 4/15 deadline is over you may want to re-evaluate your career choices. We will not be doing the killer "tax season" hours as we are a year-round practice.
This is a permanent/long term position; we put 90%+ our client on extension and are busy year-round. Hence, we have very little overtime. When replying please indicate "I am a tax CPA/EA".
