Daily AP and AR tasks using Encompass ERP system and QuickBooks Premier Plus Desktop. Training available for Encompass and must have in depth working knowledge of QuickBooks desktop. Responsibility includes maintaining financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. 8:30am -5:30pm M-F.
