Our boutique bookkeeping firm is seeking immediate support to help service our growing client base. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day client management, maintaining accounts, and handling functions such as account reconciliations, audit preparation, and financial statement creation, along with accounts receivable, payroll, and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Location: This role may be performed onsite at our home office in West Hollywood and/or remotely, depending on experience and availability.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and hardworking individual who is a quick learner and experienced in bookkeeping. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities are essential.
Preferred Experience (a plus):
QuickBooks Online (QBO)
QuickBooks Desktop (QB)
Payroll processing
Audit preparation and reconciliations
