LOOKING TO HIRE A BOOKKEEPER FOR OUR SMALL BUSINESS - HOURLY
Primary responsibilities include:
Recording Financial Transactions: document all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, into the appropriate accounts in the accounting system.
Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable: track and manage invoices from vendors (accounts payable) and invoices sent to customers (accounts receivable).
Bank Reconciliation: reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure that all transactions match and identify any discrepancies.
Generating Financial Reports: Bookkeepers prepare financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
Maintaining Financial Records: organize and maintain financial records, including receipts, invoices, and other relevant documents, in an organized manner.
