Accounting person needed for a construction company.
Location: Mission Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
Duties:
1. Handle AP/AR and bookkeeping.
2. Maintain employee records.
3. Collect payments and process invoices.
4. Bank reconciliations.
Requirements:
1. Experience working in a construction company.
2. Computer savvy.
3. Strong organizational and management skills.
4. Experience with AP/AR.
5. Experience working with subcontractors.
6. Proficient with QuickBooks.
7. Strong knowledge of numbers & Excel.
8. Must know QuickBase, CRM.
Compensation: $1,300-$1,700 per week depending on experience.
