Gordon Brush Mfg. Co., Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk who will function within the Accounting Department. Must be self-motivated, ability to multi-task, and have a positive attitude.

Above average computer proficiency includes Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practice
Ability to quickly learn new software applications including our ERP system, Expandable Software
Clear and professional written and verbal skills
Principal Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operations in the accounting department, including AP, AR, collections, and monthly closing, etc.
Communicate with clients, vendors, banking contacts and various other professionals
Make recommendations to implement improved processes
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Additional Qualifications:
Local candidates only
2-4 years accounting experience in a business-to-business environment with a documented track record of success
Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred, but not required
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Punctual, dependable, and reliable
Ability to work in a team-fostered environment
