A 30-hour workweek, Monday through Friday (10AM-5PM) with a one-hour daily break.
Salary: $3600/month guaranteed, paid holidays and time off benefits.
Location: Fully remote with the Orange County or Long Beach area residency

Key Responsibilities:
Collections: Follow up with clients on overdue payments, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections from customers, maintaining a clear record of transactions.
Salesforce Integration: Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between sales and accounting teams.
QuickBooks Management: Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of accounting data in QuickBooks Desktop Pro.
Misc projects supporting other departments
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant, Collection Specialist, or similar role with strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Salesforce, Google Office.
Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills. Fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Assist other departments when necessary with miscellaneous administrative tasks and special projects.
Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
