Qualifications Required/Who We're Looking for:
An experienced account manager/bookkeeper that will assist the account manager. You will handle the day to day financial tasks for various clients. Including, paying bills, recording credit card charges, reconciling bank, credit card and loan accounts, payroll, making deposits, creating invoices, keeping track of due dates, making arrangements & etc.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
Must have QuickBooks desktop and online experience and needs be very efficient with both.
Must be organized.
Be able to manage your time, tasks and be efficient.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Must know how to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must be a quick learner and tech savvy.
A plus if you have experience working in a business management firm.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
