Receptionist

Description Bicoastal law firm has an immediate opening for a Receptionist in the Los Altos, CA office! The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, answering incoming calls and directing them upon arrival, manage mail distribution, and assist with basic front office tasks. This Receptionist must be able to work on-site Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of receptionist experience; prior law firm experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail Use multi-line phone system to answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Assist with scanning and printing documents as needed Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Organize and manage files for efficient retrieval Handle email correspondence in a timely and professional manner Use Microsoft Word for document creation and editing Facilitate package delivery and pick-up from courier services such as FedEx Restock office supplies and maintain cleanliness in the reception areaRequirements Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist role or similar Proficient in answering multi-line phone systems Strong customer service skills Proven ability in organizing files and maintaining a tidy workspace Ability to distribute incoming mail promptly and accuratelyRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
