Gains experience and develops an in-depth understanding of operations and strategic initiatives through project work and direct participation in management activities. Responsibilities include, providing services to the day-to-day operating objectives of the assigned area, participating in projects and programs appropriate to the needs of the assigned area, participating in the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives, conducting research and reporting including recommendations or proposals for action.Limited-term, paid internship as part of a partnership with Santa Clara University, California. The candidate selected will be a recent graduate of Santa Clara University, California.
