They invest in early stage tech companies globally.As an assistant controller most of the day to day will be fund accounting and some management company. They use a fund admin so some of the work will revolve around reviewing fund administrator work. To be successful in this role, you must have experience in waterfall calculation, carry calculation, capital call statement preparation. This is a newly created role on an established team.Company features

Requirements
Key Requirements:
7+ years of fund accounting experience
Ideally with VC fund accounting experience, prefer someone out of a direct fund vs. fund admin.
CPA is a huge plus
Must be detailed oriented
Ability to work off- hours when and if needed especially during quarter end
