Description Position Overview:As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, handling a variety of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing information and taking messages as needed.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable.

Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling conference rooms and notifying staff of visitor arrivals.

Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.

Uphold company policies and procedures, including security protocols and confidentiality standards.

Provide support during special projects and events as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning as part of a team.

Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
