Driver Recruiter

Description We are seeking a Driver Recruiter to join our team in Long Beach, California. The role is based in the logistics industry and requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently process applications and maintain accurate records. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities Identifying and recruiting qualified drivers through various channels and strategies. Ensuring all recruited drivers meet necessary compliance requirements by collecting, reviewing, and processing driver paperwork. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential drivers, providing them with information about the benefits and opportunities of joining our team. Persuasively communicating the advantages of driving for the organization, with the goal of successfully signing drivers. Serving as a primary point of contact for drivers throughout the recruitment process, answering any questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and providing regular updates to the management team. Collaborating closely with the recruiting team and other departments to streamline the recruitment process and improve driver onboarding experiences. Utilizing skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, Applicant Track System, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, and Communication. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience using Careerbuilder for recruitment purposes Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Knowledge of About Time software Experience with Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes Ability to conduct Background Checks in compliance with relevant laws and regulations Understanding of Benefit Functions in relation to employee recruitment and retention Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in the logistics industry, preferably in a driver recruitment role.
