Ability to set up and operate on CNC Mill and Lathe to manufacture parts per blueprints.
Perform long and complex setups
Inspects all parts upon completion to meet quality standards.
Utilize: micrometers, calipers, depth gauge, height gauge, dial calipers, optical comparators etc
Edit program-Mastercam programming
Must have basic knowledge of g code/ m code
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches etc
3-4 axis setups
Capable of working with high precision and tight tolerances
Background with Haas and Fanuc controls
